We go through these stages:
Preparation
A successful PIM project, begins with good preparation. In this phase, we work closely together to determine an overall scope. We set clear objectives and see which functionalities are important to you. We also examine which PIM package is suitable. Despite our extensive knowledge of Akeneo, Contentserv and inriver, if necessary, we look beyond that. We look for the right match for your organization.
Analysis
In the analysis phase, we focus on gathering and analyzing information. We question you. About your current processes, systems and data quality. About your challenges and goals. Together we establish the data model that defines what data will be managed where and at what level. We look at how the PIM system will cooperate with existing systems, the blueprint of your future IT landscape. All agreements, choices and guidelines are recorded in a Solution Design Document (SDD).
Implementation
The actual implementation can begin. Herein, thorough system configuration is essential to tailor the PIM system to your organization's specific needs. Complex integrations needed? For the PIM Masters, this is no problem. With careful data migration, we ensure that existing data is not lost and transferred to the PIM system.
Training and aftercare
Before the PIM system goes live, your team is trained to use the new system properly. How is it put together? How do you work with it in practice?
Of course, even after going live, we continue to monitor and optimize the performance of the PIM system. Together we continuously evaluate your PIM strategy, responding to changing business needs, technological developments or user feedback.
