Bus strives for full control over its extensive product information, ensuring the highest possible data quality and completeness. However, the company is partially dependent on supplier-provided product data, often received as Excel sheets with limited and inconsistent data quality.

ETIM is the primary data standard used by Bus, requiring product data to be sourced from multiple systems, leading to additional manual efforts. The need for efficiency, accuracy, and streamlined processes is clear.
