Successful edition of Commerce @ the Castle
Slot Loevestein was the setting on November 7 for a day full of e-commerce insights and valuable meetings. A large number of B2C and B2B organizations, XSARUS professionals and partners came together to share e-commerce challenges and successes. A shot in the arm!
Inspiring and varied program
We kicked off the day with a stimulating session by Gerjan Horstra, owner of Travelbags, together with our CTO Bram Hoekman. The (online) retailer is on 'SaaS diet' and this session highlighted all sides of the coin. This made for great discussions and practical insights.
Parallel sessions: something for everyone
As many as 8 diverse parallel sessions followed, hosted by our customers, XSARUS professionals and partners Shopware, CloudSuite, Mollie, Returnista, OneRetail and FACTICX. From hidden flaws in e-commerce to proven strategies for success. Topics such as dropshipment, data-driven decision-making, efficient return processes and game changers in the market were also covered.
Diverse sessions for B2C and B2B allowed visitors to tailor the event entirely to their interests.
Multiple boxing champion and Olympic boxer Nouchka Fontijn showed visitors the similarities between top sports and successful business: falling down, getting up and moving on. And there were many more like that. But it wasn't just the inspiring story - we learned some powerful boxing skills and some visitors took on a fanatical challenge and took home a nice prize.
Sharing experiences with like-minded people
There was plenty of room for networking during lunch, a tour of Slot Loevestein and closing drinks. It was nice to see how different organizations managed to find each other. The visitors shared experiences, recognized each other's challenges and thought together about possible solutions. That's what we do it for!
