Adobe Commerce platform

XSARUS developed and maintains the Zusss webshop based on the Adobe Commerce platform (formerly Magento Commerce). A perfect match, as Adobe Commerce is enormously flexible and can be customised and expanded as desired. A platform developed for optimal usability and is future-proof.

Concept and Design

Prior to the implementation of Adobe Commerce, there was close collaboration with FACTICX to make the right translation from the offline Zusss expressions to a suitable online style. The renewed online identity was made concrete by applying it to the mobile key-wireframes where the biggest functional bottlenecks were eliminated. The visual concept, a developed design system, and a working first prototype provided a good starting point for the technical development phase.

Optimisations in conversion, customer journey, Google Ads strategy

In the field of digital marketing too, there is close collaboration between Zusss, FACTICX and XSARUS, the results of which are impressive. For instance, user research has provided insights into the Zusss target audience and its challenges. As a result, relevant optimisations have been implemented with a significant impact on conversion.
